    Description

Beautiful 10" dinner plate for display or use.  This piece was made in Staffordshire England by the Adams Potteries and imported exclusively for My Old Kentucky Home in Bardstown, Kentucky.  It features a center scene depicting "My old Kentucky home where Stephen Collins Foster Wrote The Immortal Song" there is also an oval inset with a likeness of Stephen Foster.  The border is black transfer with colorful flowers.  There are no chips, cracks or repairs and I see no utensil scratches.  There is crazing, but I only see it under magnification.  There is also one area of what I believe is excess porcelain on the underside of the plate, shown in the last photos.   Enlarge and look at all photos for more details on condition and size.  Please contact if additional information or photos are needed.
