that clusters that have been tampered with may not be repairable and may have additional repair cost. specially does that have had their gauge pointers pulled out.
in some cases programming is needed, is the cost for programming.

Q. How do I package the unit.
A. As these units contain delicate electronics and can be damaged in shipping, you will need to pack it well. We recommend that you use a large box (so that there are about 3 inches of extra space on each side), wrap the unit in a layer of bubble wrap and fill in the extra spaces with packing peanuts. Please include your contact details in the box when you ship it
