Works with the car ac adapter but the battery compartment had batteries that had exploded and there is battery acid and corrosion inside the battery compartment. Radio and lights work great. Speakers work great. Case is discolored. The only accessories included are what you see pictured but it did originally have more accessories with it, so there are compartments for other things. Outside measurements of the case: 18in x 10.7in x 8.2in. Most of these kits that were made were made with CD player/radios but this one is oddly an emergency roadside kit.
