How to Use
Wash the area where the patch is to be applied, and then dry completely.
Remove both paper covers on the back of the product and the white cover in the center of the product.
Attach the heel patch horizontally from the bottom of the foot, and then wrap the heel with the wings on both sides.
Remove the patch after 1 to 2 hours.
