We will email you a free proof for your approval. We will not start production of your order until you approve the proof.

Except in the case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns on personalized or imprinted promotional products.
Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as there are absolutely no returns after 30 days from receipt of order unless manufacturer warranty extends beyond that time. In the event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise (defects unrelated to imprint), please contact us and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.
