    This is an OEM Sparton Model SA Horn Assembly
    .  This horn has been tested and it does make some noise, however, it does not work properly and will need to be rebuilt.  This does not have any cosmetic damage and the mounting bracket is intact.  The horn measures 5" in diameter.
