NEODYMIUM PHOSPHATE ND HIGH POWER LASER GLASS SLAB ROD HOYA SCHOTT LHG 8 LG750

This sale is for a Laboratory Surplus Hoya or Schott 2.5% to 3.5% ND Doped LHG 8, LG750 or LG780 Neodymium High Power Laser Glass Amplifier Slab. This Slab measures 31.75" x 18" x 1.625" and weighs 83 pounds. Both sides are highly polished, and the edges are laminated with blue glass to absorb laser energy exiting through the edge. This piece came from the Beamlet laser at NIF. If you look at the last photo from NIF this piece is identical to the piece second from the right. At the 2013 SPIE Photonics West Trade Show I spoke to representatives from Schott about a similar sized piece of this glass they had on display at the show - I was told it would cost over 0,000.00!  I have 8 slabs identical to this one, and many other pieces of this glass available for sale, some larger and some much smaller.
