May fit 1999 models, please verify your cluster looks like the pictures I posted.
The 1995 and 1999 models may require you to modify your sockets to accept these bulbs. It's not too hard to so mod it.  I also have a guide print for you just let me know. I can't find good replacement sockets that fit as well as the stock ones.
Unlike cheaper bulbs, these bulbs are not polarity sensitive they work the moment you turn them on, no need to flip around.

Stock dimmer switch will work for these leds.   Please note if the bulbs dim erratically; most likely your dimmer switch needs to be replaced .
This a plug and play kit. 99%, chance working when installed (assuming nothing is wrong with the cluster or sockets).
Remove old bulbs from old sockets, insert new ones into old socket and back into cluster!  NO SOLDERING! No need to flip leds! Will work the moment you plug it in and turn on!
LEDS are tested twice before sending out.
