    Description

    Coat of arms (large size), third issue, 3rd supplement.
    Printing of these stamps consist of centre and frame separate printings (first - centre, second - frame).
    Normal stamps (right one) consist of Light green centre and Green frame.
    Colour trial proof (left one) consist of Light green centre and Orange brown frame.
    Colour trial proofs of these stamps are unknown (not listed in any catalogs or written about them in philatelic books, even in Harry v. Hofmann handbook of philately and postal history "The Stamps, Lat Period 1923-1940").
    Both stamps have rough perforation 10 and reversed vertical (VS) watermark.
