198 Latwijas skati. Pedle pie Valkas postcard to Riga with a 6 sant small arms stamp cancelled Kuldiga ?.XII.27. The card has corner and edge wear and shows its age. The stamp is slightly damaged from extending past the edge of the card and there is some creasing in the lower right corner.
