Quentin Tarantino's violent two part opus has become a classic for it's stylized homage to Hong Kong martial arts and chanbara films. Poster features a very unique metallic mylar sword and is printed on a much heavier stock than traditional one sheets. Poster was originally very hard to find even single sided. This is the much harder to find double sided version. Rare.
Packaging your posters
I take great pride in making sure you receive the poster in the exact condition in which it left my hands. One sheets and quads are securely packaged and protected within a sturdy (dare I say, crush-proof) mailing tube. For domestic shipments, the tube is also packaged within a Priority Mail tri-mailer and sealed shut. Please check my feedback if you have any concerns about this process, as I go to great lengths to make sure your posters are cared for during this important stage.
Art prints are handled somewhat differently than one sheets. The tubes I use are wider to ensure he print is not rolled too tightly. I also keep the print surrounded in kraft paper to minimize any movement when in transit. This is the same method most screen print companies use. If you have a preferred method you would like utilized, please feel free to contact me to make the request. I understand how important appropriate shipping practices are in the hobby and will do my best to accommodate.
Shipping your posters
I offer discounted shipping when purchasing more than one item. Feel free to review my other auctions. I will be sure to combine purchases in order for you to save on shipping costs. Please let me know if there are other posters you may be looking for, as I have hundreds of items not listed.
Due to the fragile nature of the product, I strongly encourage bidders to purchase a shipping option that includes insurance.
I will do everything in my power to get them to you safely but I cannot guarantee your purchase with a refund or exchange if the USPS damages the item.
Also, most of my items are not available in quantity and may be limited to just a single copy. Damage rarely ever occurs to my packages (less than 0.25%), but I've seen, first-hand, the damage the Postal Service is capable of as I've been on the receiving end and know the disappointment. Therefore, I cannot guarantee it cannot happen to others, regardless of technique. Please bear this in mind when selecting a shipping option and feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
Payment
I accept Paypal for all domestic and international payments. Payment is expected within one week from the close of auction (with communication), or within three days (without communication). If not paid within seven days, the item will be relisted and a non-paying bidder claim will be filed against the buyer.
Grading and conditions
All posters will be assigned a grade based on its condition. Below is the scale in which all the posters are judged. If you need additional information or more specific detail about an individual poster, please contact me.
Mint
The poster is brand new without a sign of human contact. I grade all of my new posters as Near Mint/Mint because I believe no poster is legitimately mint due to the delicate nature of paper.
Near Mint
Mint but with a minor exception. Slight edgewear is possible as well as very minor creasing on the edges. Artwork as no blemishes.
Very Good
May have edgewear or tears along the border (not exceeding 1 inch), tape on edges, corner folds, minor staining spots, multiple pinholes, slight paper seperation along fold lines (if poster was originally folded). More significant creasing is possible on the edges. Shipping damage may show up in this category. Artwork is clean and bright.
Good
May have staining, mild fading, extensive creasing and pieces of border missing (not exceeding 1 inch). There could be some tape marks. If the poster is folded, it could have seperations in some places along the fold lines.
Fair
This item will potentially share all of the same characteristics as an item in Good condition. There could be larger tears and holes, extensive creasing, noticeable edgewear, bleed through, staining, and fading, affecting the posters artwork.
Poor
Poster has large tears, large pieces of the poster missing and/or serious fading or stains.
