Preiser has redesigned their packaging on this set ( prior , it was difficult to get a set in without loose balloons in the case ) , and we may start seeing them back in production again.  Great addition to your CIRCUS or CARNIVAL vignette. Typical true scale casting you expect from German made Preiser. For those of you not famliar with HO scale, a standing adult figure measures approx. 3/4 inch high. Plastic ( acrylic) detail item, not intended as a child's toy. Have fun.
