E Instruments 1500 Combustion Analyzer O2 CO

Brand New Unused E Instruments 1500
I am a Full-time NATE Certified Heating and Air Conditioning Technician.
I have multiple combustion analyzers, I bought this one through my employer as a back-up unit, took delivery in November, 2020 straight from the distributor.  I am selling because I want to upgrade my other tools.
This is the original Kit right from the manufacturer, they come in the soft case seen in the picture, no other boxes or wrapping.
It was unpacked, pictures taken, repacked.
The Soft Case comes with a lower compartment to hold the Probe and Hose assembly.  The hose assembly kinks when you pack the equipment back in the Soft Case compartment.  My other 1500 probe and case had the same issue.
I have been using my other 1500 since December 2018 (about 20 combustion checks weekly), and this has not been a problem.  I just carefully wrap the Probe and Hose assembly so as to not stress the tubing as best I can.
They sell a hard case which may resolve this issue, and I have been in contact with the E Instruments rep about this.  He says its common with the soft case, which is a compact design.
