For sale is one original pair (LH & RH) of lap seat belts receivers CORE
Date Code: 23 E 68
Correct for 1968 Corvettes
The pair includes the female receivers only. They do NOT include the male tongue ends.
The belts are Red in color, however they show quite a bit of color fade and discoloration throughout (see pictures).
There are some frayed stitches in a few places (see pictures).
The receivers show bubbling/pimpling as well as oxidation/surface rust (see pictures).
The buttons still move, however they are a bit stiff due to the oxidation.
The mount plates show some flash rust, but they are in good condition.
There is no mounting hardware included.

We do NOT recommend them for use as safety devices, as we do not know if any of the internal parts are in good working order. We are simply selling them as CORES. The buyer accepts that we, Big City Corvettes, do not assume any liability for these seatbelts failing to serve as actual safety devices in the event of an accident.
