    These 1-5/8" length #2 Phillips drive Flat Head RUSPERT COATED Self-Drilling Fiber Board screws are #8-18 (18 threads per inch) #2 Point. Ruspert coating is a high-grade metal surface processing technology that prevents corrosion. The coating system consists of three layers; a metallic zinc layer, a high-grade anti-corrosion chemical conversion film, and a baked ceramic surface coating. Ruspert Coating meets ASTM B-117 for salt spray corrosion exceeding 1,000/hrs salt spray resistance. NIBS under head clamp board firmly. Reaming type WINGS are attached after the threads and before the drill point to ream out the top material, eliminating any jacking action. Meets F.I.P.-1000.7 for torsional strength and drill speed. Each box contains approximately 4,000 screws (28 pounds).
