The booklet is, approximately, 11 x 8 1/2 inches and 19 pages.  It is in very good condition with light wear on the edges, wrinkles, bend, and a sharpie mark on the front cover.  The stapled binding is tight.  The pages are not dog-eared and I have not found notes.  Profusely illustrated in black & white and color.
I hate descriptions that just give you a picture of the cover.
